What to Expect During a Session

We begin with an unhurried conversation to understand your current situation, intentions, and needs. I then work with attentive touch, gentle traction, passive joint movements, myofascial release, and techniques from the OsteoEarth method.

Bodywork is performed fully clothed on a spacious, supportive floor futon. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows free movement.

Billing & Reimbursement (Germany)

OsteoEarth Bodywork is an individualized bodywork practice designed to promote relaxation, mobility, and overall somatic vitality. These sessions are self-pay services.

I cannot guarantee reimbursement through statutory or private health insurances. Whether and to what extent costs may be covered or subsidized depends entirely on your specific insurer and tariff. Please consult your insurance provider directly prior to your session.

As a licensed Heilpraktiker for Physiotherapy (sectoral direct access), I also offer curative physical therapy treatments without requiring a prior physician's prescription, based on individual clinical evaluation. These medical treatments are agreed upon and billed separately under the German Fee Schedule for Naturopaths (GeBüH). If interested, please inquire in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance by email or telephone.

For late cancellations or unexcused no-shows, a cancellation fee may be charged. You retain the right to prove that no or lesser damage occurred. Timely cancellations incur no charge.
