My Path
My professional journey in bodywork began in 2005 with my training as a physical therapist. I then spent four years working as a clinical physical therapist in hospitals, concurrently specializing in manual therapy and complex lymphatic drainage therapy.
In 2012, I felt a strong desire to expand my horizons. A 200-hour yoga teacher training in India eventually brought me to Thailand, where I experienced traditional Thai Yoga Massage for the very first time. This grounded, mindful modality captivated me immediately — I knew I wanted to dive much deeper.
Years of dedicated learning and practice followed across Thailand, Laos, and Japan — both as a therapist and as a teacher of Thai yoga massage. In 2014, I began my training in OsteoThai under David Lutt, where I not only studied intensively but also served as an assistant teacher in courses throughout Europe.
Combining traditional Thai massage with the osteopathic understanding of fluid mechanics, fascia, and joints became my life's passion. Out of this rich synthesis, the OsteoEarth method was born — my own holistic approach to bodywork.
Today I live in Hamburg, work full-time as an osteopath in a clinic, and offer individual OsteoEarth Bodywork sessions and professional training courses across Europe.
